Miss England left ‘Miss World competition’ in India due to inappropriate behavior

Miss England 2024, Milla Miggi, has suddenly withdrawn from the Miss World competition taking place in India.

According to the British newspaper The Sun, Miggi accused the organizers of portraying her as a ‘performing monkey’ and making her feel like a ‘prostitute’ during the event.

It is noteworthy that this is the first time in the 74-year history of the Miss World competition that a Miss England has withdrawn during the competition.

Miggi stated that during a promotional event in Hyderabad, India, on May 7, she was told to sit with the businessmen funding the show and keep them entertained as a thank-you.

She said, ‘I felt like we were being used to please people. I didn’t come to Miss World to be a source of entertainment for anyone; this competition is deviating from its own claims; they made me feel like a prostitute.’
