Prominent YouTuber Rajab Butt has responded to serious allegations made by TikToker Ayesha Sharafat, who accused him and his close associates of rape, blackmail, and illegal detention. The claims have resulted in a registered FIR and an active police investigation.
Aysha Jutt, in a series of vlogs on her YouTube channel, alleged that her former boyfriend Salman Haider, a relative of Rajab Butt, drugged and raped her, recorded the incident, and later used the footage to blackmail her. She further claimed that Rajab Butt, Maan Dogar, and three others forcibly detained her in a house located in Nawab Town, Lahore, where she was harassed. In the videos, she called her relationship with Salman “the biggest mistake of her life” and discussed the matter with her family and legal advisors.
Following these public claims, Nawab Town police registered a First Information Report (FIR) under charges of kidnapping, rape, blackmail, and illegal detention. Police officials confirmed that the investigation is underway and emphasized that they are taking the allegations seriously. According to the FIR, the victim ultimately escaped and reported the incident to authorities.
In response, Rajab Butt posted a video to his Instagram account, mocking Ayesha Sharafat but deliberately avoiding using her name. He said:
“No matter how much effort you put in, I won’t take your name, neither in your favor nor against you. You want fame? You want me to make you a celebrity or a star? But I will not even mention your name.”
Butt accused her of spreading false claims for the sake of fame and public attention.
Both Rajab Butt and Maan Dogar are major social media influencers with millions of followers. This is not the first time Butt has faced backlash — his perfume brand ‘295’ previously drew criticism from religious communities over its controversial name.
