Ducky Bhai Faces 7-Year Jail and Rs10 Million Fine in Betting App Case?
LAHORE, November 24, 2025: The Lahore High Court (LHC) has approved bail for popular YouTuber Saad Ur Rehman, better known as Ducky Bhai, in a case linked to promoting gambling applications.
The court granted bail on the condition of a Rs 1 million surety.
Ducky Bhai was arrested after authorities accused him of promoting gambling apps on his YouTube channel. Promoting such apps is illegal under Pakistan’s anti-gambling laws.
The hearing took place before Justice Shahram Sarwar Chaudhry, who noted that, following the Supreme Court’s guidance, denying bail in such cases is not common.
This decision comes amid growing scrutiny of social media influencers and content creators in Pakistan for their online promotions.
