Kannan Pattambi Malayalam actor passed away

Late Sunday night, Kannan Pattambi passed away at the age of 62. He was known as a Malayalam actor and production controller.He had a kidney-related illness and died while undergoing treatment at a private hospital in Kozhikode.

Filmmaker and actor Major Ravi, the brother of Kannan Pattambi, confirmed his brother’s death by sharing the news on social media in Malayalam.

In the post, Major Ravi stated, “My dear brother Kannan Pattambi passed away at 11:41 pm last night. The funeral will be held at our home in Njangattiri today at 4 pm.”

He spent several years in the Malayalam film industry, working as a production controller and also acting in supporting roles in films.

He worked in films starring Mohanlal, including Pulimurugan, which became a major commercial success. His other projects included 12th Man, Karam Yodha, Kurukshetra, Black, and Vettam.

He is survived by his loved ones, friends, and fellow members of the film industry.
