07 January, 2026 16:36

Salman Khan, aka Bhai Jan, is set to appear soon in Battle of Galwan, based on the real-life clash between Indian and Chinese troops in June 2020. Directed by Apoorva Lakhia, the film is slated for an April release.

Meanwhile, sources suggest that Salman is in talks with The Family Man creators, Raj & DK, promising a fresh and exciting project for audiences. While details are still under wraps, the project remains in its early discussion stages, with an official announcement expected once Salman gives his approval.

Nothing has been signed yet, but the possibility of the 60-year-old teaming up with Raj & DK has already generated considerable buzz in the industry. This potential collaboration between one of India’s biggest superstars and two of its most innovative directors has fans excited to see Salman step into the fresh, contemporary cinematic universe that Raj & DK are renowned for creating.

According to Pinkvilla, the Dabangg star has heard the idea but has not committed yet. A source stated, “Salman Khan has heard the basic idea and has shown interest in it. It’s an action-comedy, but it will also present Khan in a slightly different space. However, he is yet to give his final nod to the project.”

Further insights from insiders reveal, “If everything falls into place and Salman comes on board, the makers are looking to take the film on floors by the end of 2026. At the moment, it’s all about aligning creatively and locking the script.”

Meanwhile, Raj & DK are enjoying the positive response to The Family Man Season 3, with more from the series expected in the coming months.
