Miss Universe 2021, Harnaaz Sandhu, once again captured global attention at the Miss Cosmo International 2025 pageant, dazzling in a stunning see-through gown in shades of gold and orange that stole the spotlight and sparked a social media frenzy. Sandhu, who traveled to Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, served as a judge for the event, marking her second consecutive year on the panel.

For the event, Harnaaz donned a dazzling creation by designer Ohaila Khan. Rendered in a radiant champagne-gold hue, the floor-length gown hugged her figure in a sleek bodycon fit, flowing into a sheer, delicately layered hem.

The dress shimmered with intricate gold sequins and metallic beadwork, arranged in a mix of vertical lines and abstract patterns that gleamed with every movement. It was a gown designed not just to be noticed, but to truly sparkle—whether under the stadium lights or the flash of cameras.

Drama from Every Angle
While the front of the gown exuded timeless glamour, the back told a bolder story. A plunging low-back design, framed by delicate straps, added an unexpected edge, transforming the look from classic eveningwear into a modern showstopper.

Harnaaz complemented the dazzling ensemble with makeup and styling that balanced softness and strength. Her hair flowed in glossy, voluminous waves with a center part, cascading effortlessly over her shoulders and enhancing the gown’s old-Hollywood elegance. Her makeup made a statement too: sharply defined winged eyeliner accentuated her eyes, while a deep berry-pink lip provided contrast against the monochromatic gold, keeping the overall look polished without overdoing it.

Although the WPL 2026 opening ceremony featured performances by Jacqueline Fernandez and Yo Yo Honey Singh, Harnaaz Sandhu’s golden moment truly stole the spotlight.
