Nida Yasir’s New Look Sparks Online Trolling

A famous Pakistani celebrity, host, former actress, and model also known as the queen of morning shows, Nida Yasir, is once again facing trolls on social media for her new look from a recent video gone viral and flickered lots of online trolling.

Her latest appearance from Nabila’s Salon promotion showed her wearing a simple, light-colored shalwar kameez with permed hair left open, paired with a bold maroon lipstick, lenses, and artificial red nails. She also announced the launch of Nabila’s new branch in the same video. Many believe her new appearance closely resembles Saba Qamar’s character Jiji from the popular show Muamma. However, the look did not sit well with many social media users. Netizens criticized what they called her “weird” makeup and even mocked her English and accent. Comments ranged from “Bil Batori yaad aa gayi mujhe” to “Oh, she makes me scared,” while others questioned her lipstick choice and styling.
