How to Watch the 2026 Grammys: Full Guide to the 68th Annual Awards

01 February, 2026 16:12

The 68th annual Grammy Awards are set for Sunday at the Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles, marking the first ceremony in over a decade without Taylor Swift, Beyoncé, or Adele competing. This year, the spotlight could shine on Kendrick Lamar, who leads all nominees with nine nods, Lady Gaga with seven, and Bad Bunny with six, just a week before his historic Super Bowl halftime show.

Lamar, who swept the top two song categories last year with his Drake diss “Not Like Us,” is once again a frontrunner. His album GNX and the duet “Luther” with SZA (who has five nominations) are up for major awards. The Grammys will honor recordings released between August 31, 2024, and August 30, 2025, across 95 categories.

What time does it start?

The ceremony is split into two parts. The premiere ceremony, where nearly 80 of the 95 awards are presented, begins at 12:30 p.m. Los Angeles time (8:30 p.m. London) and can be watched on the Recording Academy’s YouTube channel and live.grammy.com. Actor Darren Criss will host this segment, with performances by Grace Potter, Tasha Cobbs Leonard, and Zara Larsson. Red carpet coverage starts at 3:00 p.m. Los Angeles time (11:00 p.m. UK).

The main telecast kicks off at 5:00 p.m. Los Angeles time (1:00 a.m. Monday in the UK), airing live on CBS in the U.S. and streaming on Paramount+. Paramount+ Premium subscribers can watch the live stream and access on-demand content through their local CBS affiliate, while Paramount+ Essential subscribers have on-demand access the following day.

Trevor Noah will return as host for the prime-time broadcast, marking his sixth consecutive year and final time hosting the Grammys. “Ben Winston, one of the show’s producers, said that he implored the comic to return one final time by begging on his knees.”

The premiere ceremony often showcases British artists like Wet Leg, Yungblud, FKA Twigs, and Sleep Token, with performances that are more relaxed and musical. While U.K. viewers currently face streaming restrictions, highlights, clips, and full speeches are typically uploaded to YouTube the next day, allowing fans worldwide to catch up on the action.
