Quinton Aaron Responds to Rumors About His Wife’s Margarita Alleged Marriage

Quinton Aaron Responds to Rumors About His Wife’s Margarita Alleged Marriage
The Blind Side actor, Quinton Aaron, sparked concern among fans after reports surfaced on January 27, 2026, claiming he suffered a severe fall at his home that led to hospitalization. According to his self-proclaimed wife, Margarita, Aaron was battling a blood infection and was struggling with his health, which allegedly resulted in a fall and ultimately a spinal stroke.
Margarita gave multiple statements claiming she was ‘spiritually’ married to the actor and had been by his side during his hospital stay. However, TMZ later reported that Aaron’s family clarified Margarita is not his legal wife, leaving the actor disappointed. “He expressed his wish not to visit his ‘wife’, Margarita at all,” the family revealed.
Aaron’s family shared that he is recovering well, making progress with writing, solving puzzles, and regaining sensation in his legs following the spinal stroke. Margarita, they added, has been misrepresenting herself to medical staff as Aaron’s spouse and participating in decisions regarding his care. In reality, she is legally married to another man. Aaron and Margarita were never legally married, and he plans to share his full side of the story once his health stabilizes.
The incident occurred when Aaron attempted to climb stairs at home despite body soreness, leading to the fall. He was slipping in and out of consciousness and was placed on life support for several days. Margarita, reportedly a makeup artist, first met Aaron on TikTok and claimed to have tied the knot in 2024, but this claim was refuted by Aaron’s family. The actor continues to receive full support from his family as he recovers.
