Fahad Mustafa Apologize to Atiqa Odho Over Sensitive Comment

Veteran actress Atiqa Odho shares her amusing take on Fahad Mustafa’s television co-star casting. During her presence on Hasna Mana Hai with Tabish Hashmi, during show, Atiqa was shown pictures of different actors and asked to share advice. When Fahad Mustafa’s picture appeared, she said, “The time has come for him to work with girls of his own age, I mean women.”

While responding to 58-year-old veteran actress, Fahad stated that if they were to undergo “two or four more good surgeries”, to appear as heroine for him and his peers, sparking criticism across social media.

The debate constant to intensify when Atiqa Odho said that Actor in Law star, reacted that way because her advice had hurt him. She added, she appreciates his work, ideas, and his look and still he had to say this, it was insulting her. Fans also started supporting Atiqa Odho after Fahad Mustafa’s rude remarks.

Now, Atiqa Odho has properly and graciously made an apology to Fahad Mustafa. She also commended netizens not to blow the issue out of proportion and to stop debating it more.

Atiqa Odho posted on her official Instagram account, and wrote a formal apology , “Learning to live with social media is a new phenomenon. In a recent interview, my comment about Fahad Mustafa perhaps hurt his feelings, and he reacted emotionally. If I’ve unintentionally hurt him or anyone else, I apologize. In these times, when the world is suffering from uncertainty, we must help others stay afloat. I’ve always been there for my friends in the media and genuinely don’t wish harm upon anyone. We are only human, and to err is human. Let’s move on and pray for better times to come. Friends, let’s not blow this issue up anymore. Fahad is a talented and hardworking professional. He reacted out of emotion, and I truly feel sad that we, as public figures, can’t say anything lightheartedly without being attacked. Forgive and forget.”

Following playful exchanges from both parties, on 24 February 2026, Fahad Mustafa officially apologizes to the legendary Atiqa Odho saying, “I apologise Atiqa Appa.”, calling her the most beautiful woman in Pakistan and uttering his deep respect and love for her. A truly class act, during his show Jeeto Pakistan, and stated “Bhai woh rishta hi kya jis mein ana hi rahay, khubsurti to tab hai jab ajaye maafi. Atiqa apa aap humari bari hain or hum apsay bunhat pyar krtay hain or ap Pakistan ki sab say haseen aurat hain is mein koyi shak nhi hai. Apkay samnay hum pani hi bhartay hain.”
