Sehar Hayat’s Divorce Story – What Really Happened?

Paksiatni digital content creator Sehar Hayat, have approx. 3 million following in the Instagram. Sehar married with Sami Rasheen in 2023 which went viral on all over social media, as the ceremony they held is so much lavish and many digital content creator and their fellow social media celebrities appeared in their special event, and wedding event counted in one of the heavily budgeted marriage. Sehar and Sami blessed with the first child in 2024, but after becoming parents, the conflicts started in their relationship, and the consequence lead them towards divorced and separated in September 2025. After her divorce, Sami Rasheed blamed Sehar openly of compellingly obtaining khula from him.

Now Sehar Hayat finally open about her divorce story and confessed that, she is one who has taken out the step and taken khula from her husband Sami Rasheed, not only  that, she also revealed the main reason behind this devastated decision, Sehar said that Sami had been abusive and had been taking financial advantages and was also bringing up her past in conversations, which she found disrespectful.

Talking on her official Instagram, Sehar Hayat shared,“Hi everyone, I woke up to the hearsay about me on social media which I want to clarify. Yes, I have taken khula from my husband because I daily used to hear threats of divorce. He used to say every day, ‘Should I divorce you? Should I let you know your worth in three words?’ He used to abuse me in front of his parents and family. After such disgrace, a woman is only left with the choice of khula.”

She more added “He didn’t remember his daughter for a year, but now he is posting about her for social media reach. He hasn’t given even a single penny for my daughter’s expenses, yet talks about missing her. And yes, he mentioned my past in his stories. If he can bring up and discuss my past publicly on social media, then obviously he must be doing the same off camera as well. People just start believing on what they are told.But no worries, I have more than enough to prove myself. By the way, my car still hasn’t been returned. If he really missed his daughter that much, he could have come and thrown the car keys in my face, but no—the car seems to be more important.”

In response of her divorce story, Sami Rasheed has now hit back with another story.

He exposed that their divorce happened because of a minor fight which happened at their daughter’s birthday party. He said that his parents wanted to take a picture with his daughter which Sehar did not like. She wanted him to ask his parents to leave the stage at the party. This led to an argument which grew and they separated and eventually got divorced. This is why Sehar Hayat actually filed Khula.
