Taylor Frankie Paul Alleges Physical Violence by Dakota Mortensen

The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives’ alum Taylor Frankie Paul has filed for a restraining order against her former partner Dakota Mortensen charged him various accusations if abuse as the during ongoing investigations.

PEOPLE obtained some court documents, in which the reality star claimed that she was going through for separate incidents including alleged physical abuse, harassment & stalking during relationship.

The major charge of the incident is from February 23, 2026, when Farnkie says Mortensen that she arrived at home while their kids, and one of the son Ever were asleep at that time. The charges highlights, just to avoid to disturbance Paul decided to talk with him outside, then later the vehicle enter which escalated the situation more.

Frankie charged, despite her objections, Dakota drove away, and for the duration of argument, he slammed her head against the dashboard and collide with her knee and elbow, triggering what she described as “immediate and intense” pain.

In the filing documents photographs submitted, which shows bruising sustained after the alleged incident.

The Bachelorette star further claims Mortensen later made inappropriate advances following the exchange.

The warning order demand inscriptions the latest expansion in what seems to be an intensifying legal argument between the former couple. Mortensen has not openly answered to the allegations at the time of writing.
