Kashif Zameer Accused of Scamming CTD Officer Out of Rs1.9m

A TikTok controversial star Kashif Zameer facing a fraud case, has been registered at the Gulberg police station in Lahore after he was accused of cheating a Counter-Terrorism Department (CTD) official out of a staggering Rs1.9 million.

According to police, the complaint was filed by CTD official Dost Muhammad, who alleged that Zameer took Rs1.9 million from him on the promise of arranging travel to Italy.

Following the complaint, a fraud case was registered at the Gulberg police station. Police subsequently carried out a raid at Zameer’s residence in the Defence area in an attempt to arrest him.

This is not the first time Kashif Zameer has faced legal trouble. Last year, he was arrested by the Crime Control Department in Lahore’s Iqbal Town along with 13 private guards after videos went viral on social media showing his armed guards displaying weapons in public.

Zameer later issued a video statement in which he admitted to wrongdoing and apologized to the public.
