US Woman Marries Pakistani Man After Meeting Him on Social Media

An American woman, who is 36-years-old travelled to Pakistan after online friendship with a local man turned into a love story and ultimately led to marriage.

As per reports 36-years-old American women named Ashley Morris met 21-year-old Kaif-ul-Wora through social media. It first started as a friendship then slowly grew into a romantic relationship. Following months of growing closer online, Ashley decided to visit Pakistan and meet Kaif and his family.

Ashley accepted Islam and became Khadija before the wedding and stating that she accepted the faith voluntarily and of her own free will.

Later, the couple got married with $2,000 haq mehr (dower).
