Sabrina Carpenter Celebrates First Emmy Win at 2026 Emmys

American singer and actress Sabrina carpenter expressed her excitement after winning a major career milestone with the very first time Emmy victory.

The pop icon shared a celebrated post on her Instagram about her Outstanding Variety Special (Pre-Recorded) Award winning at the  2026 Emmys for her role in The Muppet Show on Sunday, September 6.

The singer and actress, 27, celebrated the achievement on her Stories, with a photo showing her posing alongside beloved Muppets Miss Piggy and Kermit the Frog, wrote, “So incredibly proud of the whole muppets crew on our Emmy wins!!!!!”

She added alongside a heart emoji, “A lot of love and happiness and hard work and diva fights went into making this special.”

For the 2026 Disney+ special, Carpenter ook on dual roles as executive producer and performer. Following her two Grammy wins in 2025, she has now reached the halfway point toward achieving EGOT status.

Carpenter claimed the win, beating nominees together with Taylor Swift’s The Eras Tour | The Final Show, Dave Chappelle’s The Unstoppable, Nikki Glaser’s Good Girl, and Wicked: One Wonderful Night.
