Prince Harry’s Princess Diana Film Plans Could Upset Prince William

Prince Harry’s alleged plans to make a film about Princess Diana could cause fresh tensions with the royal family, according to royal experts.

According to Royal expert Kinsey Schofield, Meghan Markle’s involvement in the project could particularly upset Prince William. Speaking to Fox Digital, she said the project could become more controversial because Harry has often compared Meghan with his late mother.

Schofield noted that such comparisons may be sensitive for William, who knew Diana personally as his mother and grew up with her.

Meanwhile, Daily Mail senior editor Richard claimed that William is unhappy with Harry’s reported decision to create a television film about Diana’s life.

Richard said Harry has been closely linked with Diana’s legacy, but William is equally her son. He suggested that Harry’s efforts to highlight the Spencer family name and his connection to Diana could cause frustration for William.

The royal commentator also pointed to Harry’s recent time in the UK, where he reportedly met members of Diana’s family at Althorp.

The reported film plans have therefore raised questions about whether Harry’s focus on his mother’s legacy could lead to further disagreements with William, especially if Meghan becomes involved in the project.
