Hajj: Tracks for electric scooters ready to facilitate pilgrims

Special tracks for electric scooters have been made in Saudi Arabia for the convenience of pilgrims during the Hajj.

Saudi Arabia’s transport authorities said that 1,000 electric scooters have been provided for pilgrims during the Hajj season to facilitate their transportation.

According to the Arab media, three tracks of 1.2 km have been made for the pilgrims.

The first bike track is between Muzdalifah and Mina, the second one is built to go to Jamarat Bridge while the third track is based on the track going to Jamarat.

The Saudi Ministry of Islamic Affairs has completed preparations for the reception of pilgrims at the Al-Khaif Mosque in Mina. The Al-Khaif Mosque has a capacity of 25,000 worshippers.
