Multan Sultans spin consultant Alexandra Hartley has started fasting during the holy month of Ramazan after being inspired by the players of her side.
In an interview with the British broadcaster, Alexandra Hartley said that she was also fasting in Ramazan as she wanted to feel how these players fast and play cricket in the evening

According to Alexandra Hartley, she along with players eat at 4 o’clock and then do not have anything the entire day before breaking their fast in the evening followed by prayers.
The Spin consultant of Multan Sultans said that fasting is a difficult task as she feel very thirsty.
A former English players, Alexandra Hartley had played as a left-arm orthodox spin bowler and appeared in 28 One Day Internationals and four Twenty20 Internationals for his country between 2016 and 2019.
Alexandra was part of the English team that won the 2017 World Cup.
She was appointed a specialist spin bowling coach by the Pakistan Super League side Multan Sultans in 2023.
Hartley and former Ireland player Catherine Dalton, who joined the Multan Sultans as a fast-bowling coach, are the first female coaches in the history of Pakistan Super League.
