IG Islamabad reviews security for PSL matches in Pindi Stadium while presiding over a meeting.

Inspector General of Islamabad police on Saturday reviewed the security arrangements for the Pakistan Super League 2020 which the teams would play at Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium.

The meeting decided to make excellent arrangements for the car parking of those visiting the stadium to see the matches.
It further decided to ensure alternative arrangements for smooth flow of traffic in the twin cities.
According to Pakistan Cricket Board schedule, Pakistan Super League or PSL 2020 includes the 34 matches.
For this first time, the PSL teams are playing all matches at 4 international venues in Pakistan.

PSL began

The tournament has begun on 20th of next month. It will culminate on 22nd March.
Defending champions Quetta Gladiators has won its first match.
It will play to more matches in Lahore, four in Karachi, one in Multan and two in Rawalpindi.
Peshawar Zalmi will be in action in one match each in Lahore and Multan, three in Karachi and five in Rawalpindi.
Islamabad United will play three matches in Lahore, two in Karachi and five in Rawalpindi.
Karachi Kings will play two matches in Lahore, five in Karachi, one in Multan and two in Rawalpindi.
Multan Sultans will play four more matches in Lahore.
It will play one match in Karachi, three in Multan and one in Rawalpindi.
Moreover, Lahore Qalandars will play eight matches in Lahore and one each in Karachi and Rawalpindi.
Meanwhile, PCB Chairman Ehsan Mani termed hosting of the entire HBL Pakistan Super League as major achievement.
Furthermore, he said the HBL Pakistan Super League 2020 will feature 36 foreign stars.
It  shows the confidence that players throughout the world have in playing in Pakistan.
