Ihsanullah to fly off to England for elbow treatment

Pakistan fast bowler Ihsanullah will travel to England for treatment in a few days.

In a video, the fast bowler has requested prayers for his complete recovery to his fans.

Ihsanullah will fly to England for treatment in the next few days and in this regard all arrangements for the bowler’s treatment in the UK have been completed.

The Pakistan Cricket Board has completed the arrangements for the fast bowler. Also, PSL franchise Multan Sultans also contributing in this regard.

Currently, Ihsanullah could not fully recover from his elbow injury despite undergoing surgery and is suffering from pain despite rehab.

After Ihsanullah’s examination in England, the surgery will be performed.

The fast bowler, in the message, has wished his fans on Eidul Fitr and said that he was going to England for surgery. Ihsanullah also requested to his fans for pray for his early recovery.

Earlier, PCB Chairman Mohsin Naqvi took notice of the mishandling of Ihsanullah’s injury by the Pakistan Cricket Board officials.

The lanky pacer burst onto the scene with impressive performance in the Pakistan Super League. However, his unfortunate elbow injury during the New Zealand series shelved him completely.

He missed key events like Asia Cup, World Cup and most recently the PSL season nine.

Ihsanullah’s case was first incorrect diagnosed followed by a failed surgery in Lahore, which prolonged his recovery.

PCB officials, including a senior doctor, initially misdiagnosed him, wasting time on rehabilitation.

However, Multan Sultans, the franchise he plays for in the PSL, took matters in their own hands and consulted experts over the pacer’s case.

It is revealed that he needed specialized treatment in the UK.
