Imran Khan predicts his release from Jail

Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf PTI founder Imran Khan seemed very confident as he made bold prediction about his release from the prison.

Khan is currently serving long-term imprisonment in multiple cases at Adiala Jail despite all the efforts from his party to bail him out.

However, while interacting with reports after the hearing of a £190 million corruption reference at prison, he seemed confident in predicting coalition government’s down fall and his release.

Khan dubbed it the very reason why “the PPP did not join the cabinet”.

He claimed that a decision in his case had already been made and termed the proceedings a mere formality.

Former Prime Minister said that the £190 million corruption reference against him was baseless.

He said Malik Riaz transferred the amount for the purchase of a house in the UK, adding that the seller was Hassan Nawaz Sharif who had bought the property for Rs9bn but sold it for Rs18bn.

The PTI founder said Hassan Nawaz should be asked to provide the money trail.

He said that everything was being manipulated; the ECP, the caretaker government and the establishment are all in on it together.
