India fans request Shaheen Afridi to go easy on Rohit, Kohli

With highly-anticipated Pakistan and India clash is just a day way, Indian fans have requested pacer Shaheen Shah Afridi to go easy on openers Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli.

The pacer was surrounded by cricket fans in New York before the mega-match on Sunday 9 June.

The videos and pictures of Shaheen’s interaction with the fans went viral on social media.

He can be seen enjoying with fans at the famous Times Square.

A fan among The Indian fans can be heard saying that he has come here to watch the match because of the pacer and requested Shaheen to consider Rohit and Virat as his friends.

Indian fans were seen joking with Shaheen, to which the cricketer also replied to them and also made pictures and videos.

It should be noted that the traditional India and Pakistan teams will meet tomorrow (Sunday) on June 9 at the Nassau County Cricket Stadium in New York.
