The Islamabad administration has given a permission to the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf to hold rally.

The Islamabad High Court heard contempt of court case related to not allowing the PTI to hold a rally in the federal capital. During the hearing, the district administration informed the court on the request of the PTI. The administration said that the Deputy Commissioner’s Office has given permission to PTI to hold a rally on Rawat GT Road. To which, the court said to the PTI that if they want, they can challenge the action of the district administration by filing a new application.

PTI’s lawyer Shoaib Shaheen said that he will challenge the decision of allowing rally in Rawat.

Later, the court disposed of PTI’s plea regarding permission to hold the rally.
