At least 15 Iranian missiles hit the Zionist regime’s strategic Nevatim Air Base in the Al-Neqeb.

According to Al-Manar, Iran had targeted with 15 missiles the Nevatim Air Base in the south of occupied Palestine early on Sunday. As a result of the unprecedented attack, Nevatim Air Base was damaged severely and became completely out of function.

The key air base is located in the south of the occupied territories in the Negev desert region. It is also near the city of Be’er Sheva, which is the main base of the F-35 fighters of the Zionist regime.

The IRGC Air Force had simulated a missile attack on this Zionist air base last year, which is about 1100 kilometers away from the western borders of Iran.

Meanwhile, the Israeli army has confirmed that one of its air bases was damaged in the Iranian missile and drone attack, online news magazine The Cradle reports.

The news magazine quoted Israeli army spokesman Daniel Hagari as saying that some damage has been recorded, including at a military base in the south of the country.

Hagari further revealed that minor damage was inflicted to the air base and that one girl in the Negev region was injured by shrapnel.

In the meantime, ABC News quoted a senior American official as saying that at least nine Iranian missiles penetrated Israeli air defenses and hit two Israeli air bases.

Five ballistic missiles hit the Nevatim Air Base and caused damage to a C-130 transport plane, a runway, and storage facilities, he added.

He admitted that four additional ballistic missiles also hit the key air base.
