Khan gets permanent bail in remarks against female judge case

ISLAMABAD: District and Sessions court granted permanent bail to PTI Chairman Imran Khan in case of ‘threatening’ a female judge.

Additional district and sessions Judge Kamran Basharat Mufti conducted the hearing on the bail petition plea of Imran Khan.

After a short hearing, the court confirmed former premier’s bail and after that Imran Khan left the court room.

On a question of a journalist about torture on Senator Azam Swati, Imran Khan said that Pakistan is not a Banana Republic, “They should be ashamed of themselves,” he said.

The court accepted the Khan’s bail plea against the surety bond of 50,000.

The bail accepted permanently after PM Imran Khan appears before the court.
