Nawaz Sharif decides to fly London before Eid

Former prime minister and PML-N leader Nawaz Sharif has decided to travel to London before Eid-ul-Fitr.

Sources said that Nawaz Sharif will go to Saudi Arabia and London in the last decade of Ramazan. Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz, Hassan and Hussain Nawaz are also likely to accompany him.

According to party sources, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif is also likely to go to Saudi Arabia for Umrah while Nawaz Sharif will leave for London after performing Umrah.

Nawaz Sharif will get his check-up done in London and will return Pakistan after staying there for some time, the sources added.

Earlier, Pakistan Muslim League-N supremo Nawaz Sharif has termed the PTI founder Imran Khan’s letter to International Monetary Fund as enmity with Pakistan.

Speaking to the media outside the National Assembly here on Thursday, the PML-N Quaid said that only the PTI can do such thing. They have a history of doing things that are harmful to Pakistan, he added.

Earlier, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) has penned a letter to the International Monetary Fund (IMF).

Sources said that Rauf Hasan, a spokesperson for Imran Khan, has written the letter on behalf of PTI to the IMF managing director.

They said Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf, in the letter, has requested to the IMF to keep political stability in mind at the time of the upcoming bailout package.

The PTI also demanded from the financial institution that the IMF should ensure an audit of 30 percent of the seats of the national and provincial assemblies within two weeks.
