Besides, Muslims in several countries around the world, especially in Iran, India and Bangladesh also celebrate Eidul Azha today (Wednesday).

Muslims offer congregational prayers on Eidul Azha. Many Muslims slaughter sacrificial animals and give meat to the needy.
However, government has imposed restrictions due to Coronavirus.
Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, United States, Afghanistan and Indonesia celebrated Eid on Tuesday.
Meanwhile, President Dr Arif Alvi appealed to citizens to follow precautionary measures against the coronavirus.
Prime Minister Imran Khan emphasized the spirit of sacrifice. He further said that “qurbani (ritual animal sacrifice) does not only mean sacrificing the animal but it also refers to man sacrificing his desires for a higher purpose.
The PM noted the same spirit of sacrifice protected the Pakistani nation from the universal pandemic.
Because the nation dealt with it through great intelligence, a national strategy and courage.
On the other hand, the festivities of Eid with strict adherence to standard operating procedures against COVID-19 also continue.
People are also visiting relatives to greet each other.
Meanwhile, municipal authorities in all major cities and towns have made elaborate arrangement to dispose of offal.
Moreover, they also ensuring cleanliness.
