Islamabad High Court has accepted bail plea of PPP co-chairman Asif Ali Zardari on medical ground.

The IHC granted bail in two cases which National Accountability Bureau filed on money laundering allegations.
Furthermore, the court granted bail on two surety bonds of Rs10 million each.
A two-member bench comprising IHC Chief Justice Athar Minallah and Justice Aamir Farooq heard the plea.
Former president sought bail due to his deteriorated health.
Meanwhile, Prosecutor General Jahanzaib Bharwana and Deputy Prosecutor General Sardar Muzafar Abbasi represented the NAB while Farooq H Naek argued on behalf of Zardari.
During the course of the hearing, the NAB submitted Zardari’s medical report.
A five-member medical board, constituted on IHC’s orders to examine the health condition of the former president..
