Meanwhile, China also gave $4m for separate hospital for coronavirus patients in Pakistan.
Foreign Office Spokesperson Aisha Farooqui said this in her opening statement at the weekly news briefing in Islamabad on Thursday.
She said Pakistan has deeply appreciated the help and support being extended by China to cope with coronavirus.
The Chinese authorities also lifted almost eleven weeks long lockdown from Wednesday (today).
They had enforced lockdown to stem the spread of COVID-19 in main Wuhan city.
The authorities lifted outbound travel restrictions, dismantled traffic control checkpoints, and resumed operation of railways, airports, waterways, highways and other ways of communication.
Earlier, on 23rd of January, Wuhan was declared with unprecedented traffic restrictions, including suspending the city’s public transport and all outbound flights and trains in an attempt to contain the Coronavirus epidemic.
