Prime Minister lauds Made in Pakistan Initiative of Ministry of Science and Technology during a meeting with Minister Ch Fawad Hussain. 

Federal Minister for Science and Technology Chaudhary Fawad Hussain called on the PM in Islamabad on Friday.

He gave a detailed briefing to him on various products produced in Pakistan for corona virus.

Those include: face masks, protective clothing and other stuff.

Prime Minister Imran Khan appreciated Made in Pakistan Initiative on boosting indigenous productivity in the face of Coronavirus pandemic.

While talking to the Fawad Ch, Prime Minister also appreciated performance of the Ministry.

Notably he appreciated preparation of products relating to corona virus and other steps.

Chaudhary Fawad Hussain also discussed with the Prime Minister on establishment of Biotechnology Park and manufacturing of agricultural equipment.

Meanwhile, Coronavirus infection killed 35 more during last 24 hours in Pakistan.

According to National Command and Control Centre, 1,764 new confirmed cases reported in the country.

It further said that thirty-five deaths due to coronavirus also reported during the last 24 hours .

Now, the total confirmed cases of COVID-19 in the country have soared to 25,837.

Of these, 9,093 were reported in Sindh while 10,033 in Punjab and 3,956 in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

Moreover, 1,725 cased reported in Balochistan, 558 in Islamabad, 394 in Gilgit-Baltistan, and 78 in Azad Kashmir.

Over seven thousand and five hundred patients have recovered from the virus so far.
