Over 8000 violations of SOPs reported to NCOC during last 24 hours.

Over 8000 violations of SOPs reported

A total of 8,049 violations of SOPs have been reported to NCOC from across the country during last 24 hours.

To ensure public safety, compliance of health guidelines for containment of COVID, dedicated teams of provinces including AJ& K , GB & ICT ensured that those not adhering to health instruction/ guidelines are sensitised.

It said the SOPs compliance not only ensure individual safety but also protects family, community and public at large thus contributing to over all healthy environment for society.

During last 24 hours reports received from provinces about actions taken for SOPs compliance including:

Balochistan

705 violations have been observed due to which 629 shops , 3 Industries and 15 transports/vehicles were temporarily closed/ fined and cautioned.

Punjab.

Special teams were made for checking various markets, bazaars / transport & industrial areas. 965 shops , 2 industries, 715 transports were closed / fined/ cautioned all across province on 4641 SOP violations

Sindh

81 shops were closed / fined/ cautioned due to 826 SOP violations all across sindh.

KP

398 SOP violations were observed in which 186 shops , and 106 transports were cautioned/ fined & sealed.

GB

96 shops and 56 transport were fined / sealed on 267 violations of health guidelines/ instructions.

ICT

44 SOPs violations were marked in ICT. 29 shops , 2 industries and 13 transports were fined/ sealed.

AJK

In AjK 972 SOPs violations were observed during which 168 shops / and 202 transports were fined/ sealed.
