Egypt lauds efforts of Pakistan for regional peace and stability, according to ISPR press release.
It said Egypt’s Ambassador Tarek Mohamed Dahroug called on Chief of Army Staff General Qamar Javed Bajwa in Rawalpindi.

According to Radio Pakistan, they expressed satisfaction on trajectory of bilateral ties between the brotherly countries.
During the meeting matters of mutual interest and cooperation in various fields were discussed.
The visiting dignitary also appreciated Pakistan’s continuous efforts for peace and stability in the region.
Earlier, Pakistan Army Chief General Qamar Javed Bajwa visited Lahore on Tuesday.
Chief of the Army Staff met with senior serving and retired military officers at Corps Headquarters.
According to the ISPR, the Army Chief had an interactive session on wide ranging issues.
Those issues included professional matters, security situation in the region.
Moreover, he spoke on the challenges and opportunities.
Meanwhile, the participants shared multifarious suggestions at the end .
They also thanked COAS for the candid discussion.
Notably, the nation is observing Youm-e-Istehsal on Wednesday to express solidarity with the oppressed Kashmiri people.
They observed the day on completion of one year of military siege of Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir (IIOJ&K).
It was on this day last year that the special constitutional status of Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir was scrapped by the Modi government.
