Asim Saleem Bajwa quits as SAPM and retains CPEC Authority chairmanship.

Chairman CPEC Authority Asim Saleem Bajwa has relinquished the additional charge of Special Assistant on Information and Broadcasting.

In a tweet on Monday, he shared this latest development.

Retired general Asim Saleem Bajwa said he had requested the Prime Minister to relinquish him from the additional portfolio of Special Assistant on Information & Broadcasting.

Although, the Prime Minister had not approved his request immediately.

When Mr Bajwa insisted, the PM finally approved his request.
