Special Assistant to the Prime Minister on Overseas Pakistanis Zulfi Bukhari made this announcement.

He announced it, while addressing a press briefing in Islamabad today (Tuesday).
Bukhari said the government would initiate through digitalization a proper crackdown on those employers who don’t register their workers.
Moreover, he also shared his efforts to maximize the benefits of EOBI for workers registered under it.
The Special Assistant said he is trying to increase EOBI pension by raising the government’s contribution and proper utilization of its resources.
Zulfiqar Abbas Bukhari also spoke on Workers Welfare Fund.
As per decision of Council of Common Interest, he further said, the government is trying to devolve it to provinces.
He said they are devising a proper mechanism in this regard so that all provinces can get benefits of it.
Meanwhile, Pakistanis are observing National Working Women Day today (Tuesday).
Pakistan govt had announced observance of this day in recognition of the struggle of working women.
Since December 22, 2010, nation has been observing the National Working Women’s Day.
Specially, observance of the day aims at securing a dignified and respectful working environment.
Moreover, the nation marks the day to acknowledge the economic contributions which women made to the country.
