All rounder Shadab Khan will miss the second Test against New Zealand.
Pakistan cricket team’s all rounder Shadab Khan suffered injury in the left thigh.
The MRI scan report confirmed it.
All rounder Shadab Khan will miss the second Test
Medical reports diagnosed high grade full thickness tear to the Rectus Femoris muscle.
He had sustained injury during his side’s four wickets victory over New Zealand in the Napier T20I earlier this week.
Therefore, he will also miss the home series against South Africa, let alone the Test against New Zealand in Christchurch.
He has got medical advice of six-week rest following MRI scans confirmed the injury.
Team Doctor Dr Sohail Saleem said on Saturday : “The MRI reports have confirmed it as a fresh injury.
Besides, it confirmed it not the one that had sidelined him from the Zimbabwe series last month.
