Supreme Court directs authorities to vacate Kidney Hill Park land in 2 weeks.

Chief Justice Gulzar Ahmed-headed bench of the Supreme Court directed the authorities concerned today (Wednesday).

The SC ordered Commissioner Karachi to remove encroachments from all land of Kidney Hill Park within two weeks.

It further directed the concerned authorities to issue eviction notices to residents of the encroached land prior to demolitions.

Moreover, the apex court also asked them submit progress report to the court.

A housing society constructed homes on the encroached land.

The CJP-led bench ordered demolishing constructions on encroached land.

Moreover, the S C also warned of issuing a contempt of court notice in case of non-seriousness.

Meanwhile, CJP-headed bench conducted hearing of a case about tempering in land record.

In that, the SC ordered concerned officials to place on record a report showing details of government land under encroachment.

Furthermore, the court sought details of retrieved from land-grabbers in that report as well.

During the hearing, the CJP also mentioned encroachments everywhere along the Superhighway.

The chief justice of Pakistan also mentioned of all the land that encroached upon.

Moreover, the CJP cited cities building along the Superhighway.
