Anti Coronavirus vaccination campaign continues across country, according to the Planning Minister Asad Umar.

He stated this, while talking to media after inauguration of a vaccination center in Islamabad on Thursday.

He noted as our collective responsibility to make this drive successful.

Furthermore, he said that 1700 anti-Covid vaccination centers established across the country.

Asad Umar said that the NCOC has set the target to set up 4000 centers in the coming days.

He said NCOC is engaging private sector, business community and welfare institutions in this regard.

He said, in today’s session, the NCOC reviewed the reopening of educational institutions and the vaccination process of teachers and other school staff.

Meanwhile, ninety-two more deaths due to Coronavirus reported during the last 24 hours.

According to the NCOC’s update, 2028 new cases of Coronavirus also reported across the country during the last twenty four hours.

The latest statistics showed 51523 tests carried out in a single day, while positive ratio remained 3.93 percent.

Meanwhile, total death toll from Covid has risen to 21022.

However, the process of vaccination against Covid-19 is continuing smoothly.

The government announced to have administered more than 7.953 million vaccine doses so far.
