In a tweet on Friday, he said that two personnel of Islamabad police have embraced martyrdom in a firing incident on IJ Principal Road.

Minister for Information and Broadcasting Chaudhary Fawad Hussain further said that the entire nation stands with the bereaved families in this hour of grief.

He said Pakistan has waged a long struggle against terrorists and they will not be allowed to succeed in their designs.

Meanwhile, eight people died due to road accidents in Khairpur and Lahore today (Friday).

A speeding car collided with a Bus near Tando Masti area of Khairpur.

Due to collision, four persons died and 16 others injured.

According to rescue sources, the accident occurred due to out-burst of a tyre of Car.

Meanwhile, a bus collision near Bank Stop Ferozepur Road Lahore also reported.

That left four people including a woman and three children dead.
