Saudi Naval Forces Commander calls on Pakistan military leaders during his visit to twin cities of Islamabad and Rawalpindi.
Commander of the Royal Saudi Naval Forces Vice Admiral Fahad Bin Abdullah Al-Ghofaily called on Chairman Joint Chiefs of Staff Committee General Nadeem Raza in Rawalpindi today (Tuesday).
Both sides discussed security and regional issues, particularly the latest development in Afghanistan.

Matters relating to enhancing the level and scope of bilateral military engagements and cooperation in various fields also discussed during the meeting.
Meanwhile, Gen Nadeem Raza emphasized the need to further enhance the existing defence and security cooperation between both brotherly countries.
Furthermore, he said that cooperation would have positive impact on peace and security in the region.
The visiting dignitary remained appreciative of the sincere efforts of the Pakistan Armed Forces in bringing peace to the region especially Afghan peace process.
He also acknowledged the sacrifices made by Pakistan in the war against terrorism.
Meanwhile, Saudi naval chief also met Chief of the Army Staff General Qamar Javed Bajwa.
Earlier, he called on Pakistan Navy chief Admiral Niazi.
He appreciated Pakistan’s role in Afghan situation, specially assistance in successful evacuation operations.
Moreover, he pledged to continue working with Pakistan for regional peace.
