President approves to file reference in SC for interpretation of Article 63-A of constitution

Islamabad-President Arif Alvi has permitted to document a reference withinside the Supreme Court for interpretration of Article 63-A of the constitution.
The approval has been given through the President below Article 186 of the constitution.
On the recommendation of the Prime Minister, the President has sought opinion of the apex courtroom docket concerning the goals and targets of Article 63 (A), its scope and different associated matters.
The reference is being filed following reviews of deviation of a few individuals of the parliament and cutting-edge scenario of the country.
