IHC suspends order to conclude PTI foreign funding case in 30 days

Islamabad-A two- judge bench of the Islamabad High Court (IHC) Monday suspended the order directing the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) to conclude the foreign backing case against Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) within 30 days.

According to details, an IHC division bench, comprising Chief Justice Athar Minallah and Justice Babar Sattar heard the PTI’sintra-court appeal against the directive of a single bench of the court.
