Govt claims ending power cuts across country

Islamabad-The Power Division on Sunday blazoned that it had ended power cuts across the country by fitting about MW fresh electricity into the system.

“ In line with the commitment of Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, cargo-shedding has been brought to zero with effect from 0500 am on May 1,” said Power Minister Mastermind Khurram Dastgir Khan. Still, in a tweet, he added, “ There was zero cargo- slipping on affluents with better recovery”.
