Islamabad High Court stops arrest of Shahbaz Gill on his return

Islamabad-The Islamabad High Court (IHC) has ordered the authorities not to arrest Fawad Chaudhary till the proceedings of the coming hearing.

According to details, the court also stopped the police from draining the PTI leaders in different metropolises on Monday.

The court issued notices to the parties in the plea for stopping the authorities from draining Fawad Chaudhary. The case will now be heard on May 9.
Meanwhile, the court also granted defensive bail to Shahbaz Gill.
The PTI counsel contended that Shahbaz Gill was ready to join the examinations. “A fake FIR was registered against my customer Shahbaz Gill,”he added.
