Female judge threatening case: Imran Khan gets interim bail

ISLAMABAD: District and session courts granted interim bail to PTI Chairman Imran Khan in the case of threatening remarks against the female judge Zeba Chaudhry during public gathering.
According to the details, Chairman PTI appeared before Sessions Judge Kamran Basharat Mufti’s court on Thursday, seeking an interim bail related to the derogatory remarks against female judge.
During the hearing, Babar Awan, counsel for Imran Khan, stated that all cases against Imran Khan were fake. He further added, “This is the first bail application and another case was also scheduled for October 13,”

After hearing the arguments, the judge accepted the PTI chief’s bail application and asked him to submit surety bonds of Rs50,000. The court also issued notice to police until the next hearing.
