Fire broke out at Islamabad ‘s Centaurus Mall

ISLAMABAD: Fire erupted on one of the floors of the Centaurus Mall on Sunday. As per reports, the fire had broken out in the food court when it was jam-packed with the visitors.

According to the details, The general manager of Centaurus Mall has said, that the incident of at the Mall yesterday (Sunday) was not a major one. There is only one shop that had been damaged, however, no casualties were reported and the several authorities made their hectic efforts to reduce the fire, and safely evacuated all the people.

As per initial investigation, the fire took place in the kitchen of the food court.

After the unfortunate incident, the mall was sealed off and the district admin made a request to the Capital Development Authority (CDA) for reviewing the building structure.
