Supreme Court returned the petition of Imran Khan

Supreme Court (SC) returned the petition of former prime minister Imran Khan to probe in audio leaks.

The registrar’s office of SC raised objections regarding the petition.

As per registrar’s office, the petitioner had not approached the concerned forum and the petition had not explained the matter of fundamental rights.

PTI chairman Imran Khan had filed a petition in the Supreme Court (SC) for investigations into the genuineness of the recent audio leaks so that responsibility could be fixed, and action could be taken against those responsible.
