IHC answers Vawda’s questions about Justice Sattar

The Islamabad High Court has replied to a letter penned by Senator Faisal Vawda to its registrar seeking disclosure of the correspondence between Justice Babar Sattar and then-IHC CJ Athar Minallah about the former’s green card.
The IHC registrar said: “The information sought by the high court from lawyers being considered for elevation/appointment as judge does not include information regarding residency and/or citizenship of any country other than Pakistan.”
