Hide collection without permission banned

As the Eidul-Azha approaches, the Sindh government has issued rules and regulations for the collection of hides of sacrificial animals in the province.
According to the Sindh Home Department, only registered parties and organizations in the province will be able to collect hides of sacrificial animals.
The department has imposed a ban on setting up camps or banners, party flags on vehicles or collecting skins through loudspeakers.
It said that the permission must be taken from the Deputy Commissioner to collect skins and the rules and regulations will be strictly implemented.
