Milk prices rise again in Karachi

Karachi Commissioner Syed Hassan Ali Naqvi has agreed to increase the price of milk.

Dairy farmers and wholesalers convinced the commissioner to increase the price of milk, after which he fixed the price of milk at rs220 per litre. In this connection, a notification has been issued.

The commissioner said that the increase in the price of milk was approved because the dairy product would be pure.

Masses, already crushed by inflation, called the move cruel and said that despite no jump in prices of petrol and diesel, the increase is beyond understanding.
