Court issues non-bailable arrest warrants for top PTI leader

ISLAMABAD: An Islamabad court issued non-bailable arrest warrants for PTI leader Sher Afzal Marwat.
The Judicial Magistrate of Islamabad issued warrants in connection with a case registered at Naseerabad police station.
The court has ordered the arrest of Sher Afzal Marwat, mandating that he be presented in court on July 30.
A case was lodged in Naseerabad Police Station against Marwat, wherein he was accused of illegal construction on a plot near the Thalian Motorway Interchange without the necessary approvals
Authorities are now tasked with ensuring Marwat’s apprehension and subsequent court appearance as directed.
